As a dedicated professional in learning and development, I have worked as a trainer, instructional designer, and now a learning experience designer. My passion for empowering others through education has driven my career. As a trainer, I worked with diverse individuals, helping them acquire new skills and knowledge, and witnessing the transformative impact of effective learning in the BPO industry.
In the role of instructional designer, I blended my instructional knowledge with creativity to develop engaging, learner-centered materials that connected theory to practice. This ensured learners were well-prepared to achieve their goals and succeed in their careers.
